We proceed personal data in accordance with the law valid in the Czech Republic, mainly with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on protection of personal data, as amended, and with the provision of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union (EU) No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on free movement of this data (General Data Protection Regulation - "GDPR") and cancellation of directive No. 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as Directive).

Personal data and the purpose of their processing
We process personal data of natural persons who have voluntarily provided us - especially e-mail addresses, names and surnames, postal addresses, telephone numbers, etc.
If a natural person voluntarily provides us with his personal data, especially during ordering, when applying for an event we organize or which we are a partner, when confirming that he wants to receive news, or otherwise , then we process this personal data only for legitimate purposes, for a maximum period of 10 years.
We process personal data for the purposes of performance our legal obligations, for the purposes of our business activities (especially process of ordering and performance of contractual obligations) and for marketing purposes.
Marketing purposes include:
- using cookies and targeted advertising and marketing research - We notify you on the first visit about using cookies and about the fact that by using our website, the person agrees to the use of cookies, while the use of cookies can be refused, blocked or delete in your browser;
- sending business messages (especially sending newsletters, news reports, reviews, events, etc.) - with the consent of the person.
Marketing purposes relate to activities, events, services and products provided by MILT s.r.o. and further provided by other entities, if MILT s.r.o. is their partner.
By active using social media in relation to our company and the events we organize or partner with, the user agrees to the processing of his personal data for marketing purposes on social media.
Consent to the processing of personal data and the right to retract consent
If a natural person expresses an interest in sending business messages, either by consent in paper form or by confirming that he wants to receive the news / newsletter on our website, gives us consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending business messages.
We use the MailChimp service to send business messages.
Consent to the processing of personal data may be revoked any time by a natural person. Withdrawal of consent can be done by directly unsubscribing from news within the MailChimp service or via a link under the business messages.
Recipients of personal data
We provide personal data only to those entities that come into contact with them with regard to the given purpose of processing personal data, and only in necesarry extend and only for the purpose of processing. We thus provide personal data to the administrators of our information systems, incl. websites, MailChimp service administrators, contract transportation (for the purpose of delivering a consignment with goods), our event partners, contract service providers (accounting department, etc.).
Your rights related to the processing of personal data
In relation to the processing of your personal data, you have a number of rights you can exercise toward the administrator of your personal data:

- To require that incorrect or subsequently changed personal data is corrected or deleted. (if it is not againts another legitimate interest)
- to objection againts the processing
- to reduce the processing
- to personal datas portability
- to contact relevant authorities, mainly the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz), which supervises the protection of personal data in the Czech Republic.
You can exercise your rights against us by letter to the address of the registered office of our company, or partly also in the form of withdrawal of consent to receive news (see above).
